But you are too blinded by narrow minded partisanship to notice.
Bush doubled the debt from 5 to 10 trillion. Obama will double it again from 10 to 20 trillion. That is 65 thousand dollars for every man woman and child in this nation at a time when we are facing baby boomer retirements, less workers paying more taxes and a debt that will cost us a trillion dollars a year just to pay interest on that debt. That assumes low interest rate and that Obama doesn't add more programs. The burden we are placing on the next generation is beyond irresponsible.
Jeffrey Immelt, who heads GE, which is the parent company of both NBC and MSNBC sits on Obama's Economic Advisory Board. GE is a big recipient of stimulus funds. CNN has always been liberal since Turner founded it. CBS- Cronkite was liberal, Rather very liberal. The closest to an objective lead is Stephanopolous, Clinton's top advisor in the White House. 80 percent of journalists poll Democratic. They go into journalism «to change the world», not to report objectively. Take off the blinders.
that doesn't even mention the half trillion that will supposedly be cut from medicare or the 430 billion in unfunded mandates to the states that are also part of this supposed 130 billion in deficit reduction. you also don't mention all the payoffs to lobbyists, big pharma, big insurers, union bosses. the gop was thrown out of office for arrogance, corruption, and incompetence. this group makes them look like amateurs. your narrow minded, selective mentality won't let you see that either.

bloggerfl5486, every other television news outlet is operated by dems. they have partisan dem approach, fox has a gop approach. we are a 50/50 nation 5 networks dem, 1 gop. your blind partisanship won't let you see that. it is the kind of partisanship that won't let you see 10 trillion in debt that will be run up under this administration, only 13o billion in so called deficit reduction. any honest assessment would allow you to see beyond your own blinders.
@cmpm439: Fox News Channel is ran by Roger Ailes, the former Media Director to Presidents Nixon, Bush Sr, and Reagan which makes Fox News Channel Bias and non-creditable, tainted poisonous news to appease a political sided audience... NO OTHER Media outlet is ran by a Former High Ranking Political Executive, not NBC, not MSNBC, not CNN, not ABC, not CBS... There was no wmd in iraq for oil war, these are facts not fiction...
i guess you just forgot that part. that is why i prefer listening to all sides so that this kind of selective video will be balanced with all other facts. that kind of balance might be helpful to your own selective memory and benefit your own objectivity.
bloggerfl5486, fox news says nothing. it is a television network with many different individuals with many different opinions. i would much rather listen to a actual debate between sean hannity and al sharpton than listen to only one side of any issue, no matter what my own personal POV. there were wmds in iraq, most likely only the degraded ones left from previous wars. we didn't know at the time we entered based on poor intel, along with declarations of wmds from hillary, bill, and most dems.

Fox News reports to this day that there was WMD in IRAQ for OIL war, but In Reality there was NO WMD in IRAQ, it was Fiction and the Ambassador Joe Wilson stated that Bush was a Liar, as Punishment DICK/Bush leaked his CIA Undercover Wife Valerie to the Media which could have killed her. Fox News Channel is non creditable and fiction...
That is like someone saying that it is ok to buy a $10,000 boat they couldn't afford because they used $100 of the food money to take the debt on the boat down to $9,900. That hundred dollars is really pretty meaningless to the big picture, just like the so called deficit reduction talked about in this video is insignificant to the trillion in debt that is being placed on our children. It is shameful.
blogger, fox news is biased toward republicans, 5 other channels take a democrat view, yet you complain that half the country has even one network? Even if someone is a democrat they should want to hear the other side. For example, this video would suggest that the main point of the discussion is that during the next 10 years, there will be enough tax increases to keep the debt from going up by 132 billion in ten years without mentioning that the debt itself will rise by ten trillion.

Congressional CBO admitted fault in its «savings» estimate of the health care bill on January 28th... The original calculation was based on slashing $500B from medicare... AND IT WAS COUNTED TWICE. It's okay, the poster of this video had only malicious intent to smear republicans, but recognize the CBO office is not a Republican organization and admitted fault in that estimate. So where's the retraction to this video? Hmmmm???? Oh, no retraction. Point proven.
While fox news is the most popular of any news source, understand that your statements of bias and fabrication occur with perfectly-synchronized rhythm with Fox's beat on Keith Olberman and Rachel Maddow. On-line at the Daily Kos, Huffington Post and Democratic Underground.
So your personal bias is primarily what's responsible for your attacks against fox news. That's okay. Perhaps if any of those other outlets maintained any shred of credibility, they'd be in the #1 spot? Just sayin'.

Most of the primary hosts of Fox News are biased and distort their news information to serve the far right. I mean Glen Beck is a recovering drug addict who screams at people over the phone who don't agree with him... It's just sad how desperate Fox News and Glen Beck are for ratings these days...
Now, for a nice substitute, watch the Daily Show and the Colbert Report, at least THEY have some real sense.

Planned economies, even when they do comprise aspects of private property as in socialism, where the government regulates one's property that it constitutes a taking, where the person has all be responsibilities and burdens of private property without the ability to enjoy its fruits, are but a pathway to total domination of society by an oligarchy of self-appointed bureaucrats which is akin to a new form of feudalism, the very system America has specifically rejected from its founding... moron.
