i usually try to stay healthy asi am a model.therefore i usually have porridge or muesli even though im sick of it by now or id go for weetabix.however at times i do give in to frosties,coc pops etc as well when im on a break

flax seed is great... , for fiber,. and omega 3's. just buy pre ground flax seed... or use a coffee grinder and grind your own... it tastes really piney... i dont paritcuarly like the taste but... i can still eat this by the spoonfull... washing it down with water... when its ground fine u can definetley handle it... its very good for u...flax mixed with oats is a super fiber bomb that will lower even the meanest of cholesterols
Every morning I eat cook up ¾ cup of organic steelcut oats. When it's in my bowl I add in about 2 table spoons of raw honey, one or two bananas, a heaping table spoon tablespoon of flax seed dust, a cup of broken up walnuts, then I add about ¼ cup of coffee creamer (as sweetener) and then I add ¼ cup of skim milk. Then I stir it all up. This is a delicious tasting breakfast that is also soooo good for you. I often times not even feel hungry again for 8 to 12 hours.

Porridge, unsweetened (Yes, no sugar whatsoever! It's the same when you cut sugar out of tea/coffee, you get used to it), goat's milk/soya milk, prunes, and the superfood flaxseeds!
@ozoneromania: I agree. People should shut up, knock off the jokes or complaints and pay attention to the information. Flaxseed is an excellent «food» to take. It's rich in fiber and essential oils. I take it every day and it's awesome. It contains lignans amongst other things. There's a treasure trove of benefits to it.

I used to crave Kelloggs Crunchy Nut Corn Flakes, but found that bingeing on them caused me to feel really ill. In my diet now, I eat a lot of potatoes, Spahetti, eggs, fruit (bananas, apples, pears, clementines), veg (carrots), and some ocassional lentils and mung beans, and now feel much better. Together with megavitamin therapy (mainly, C and B3)

natalie here is a very pretty geeky nerd... and shes right flax seed is good stuff... i just ate some after my pizza... i haev this bad habbit of eating grease... and flax seed feels lke the best thing to lower cholesterol to me... u can put it in cereal... or apple sauce... lately ive just been taking big bites of ground flax seed and swishing it down with water... it dosnt taste real great by itself but its not to bad... its easy to eat ur days serving in a few big bites with water
