Ok, maybe I misread one of your racial comments, I apologize if that's the case.

I'm hardly an Obamabot, actually. I just think he's pretty much the best we've had. There are much more Republicans announcing that they won't run. But you don't care, cause it's that reality thingy, outside your LALALAND!:)

Look, I think you're verifiably dead wrong on everything and actual polls and facts suggest a completely different picture. Maybe try to read??

So this is going nowhere.Good luck, anyway!

    Bye.

  2. pinochet222:

Medicare is very popular. There's no major politician running against medicare! Have you heard the latest Michael Steel slogan? 'Hands off medicare!'

And the other question still remains: if Americans **** progressive ideas so much, WHY DID THEY VOTE FOR OBAMA??

I think you are simply delusional. Or at least you have issues observing and interpreting reality.

Maybe there are parts of the US where you would be in the majority, but not overall.

Try to be a little more acceptive to facts LOL

  3. Emport8:

It is not hard miss. I said why I was dissapointed in my first comment. To further elaborate for you if you don't understand, I am dissapointed that there are possiblities that more expensive «cadillac» health care plans could be taxed. I do not have one, but it is one thing he campaigned against. Also that the insurance companies will not be required to endure the same regulations as the other business in the country. Now, you tell me how hard it is for you to answer my question please.

  4. Conservamommy:

Why can't you just say what it is you don't like? How hard is that?

  5. Emport8:

I do not wish to converse with you miss if you are going to answer my questions with more questions. I kindly answered your question when asked, gave a response with commentary, and rebutted. But I notice the way you are commenting on many people, and see that you seem like a very angry person. Therefore, if you do not wish to have a constructive dialouge, and just bad mouth people with opposing views, I will dismiss your comments.

  6. Conservamommy:

What is it you're disappointed about regarding the administration's actions, anyway?

  7. Conservamommy:

The unions are rapists and need to be broken. The unionization of workers is **** strategery.Hitler was one of the first to do it. It is the cleanest and quickest way to force any given group of individuals into the political party you need or want them in and then force them to PAY to be in it. It is criminal. The ideology of a union is very cutesy but it is prone to massive abuse by both union organizers and laborers. UAW workers sleep on the job and get away with it because of the union.

  8. Conservamommy:

Penischet, we already have a single payer system for the elderly. I can assure you the vasy majority are NOT happy with it. I work as a therapist and deal DAILY with the system. It is riddled with corrupt, fraud and abuse. Americans wisely realize the government fucks everything up it touches. They do not want the government touching health care further than it already has. The vast majority want their policies left alone.

  9. Conservamommy:

Bush policies are NOT to blame. It took decades, nearly an entire century to bring our economy to its knees. To blame Bush borders on childish obtuseness. Our economy began its descent under FDR and more to the point what we are seeing now can be directly blamed on FDR policies. Sure the economy expanded and contracted since FDR but it has never been able to grow to its full potential because of FDR Socialism and ultimately you have the mess you have now.

  10. portlanddem:

    what poll isn't biased?!??!

The George Washington Univ Battleground poll is just as biased. Point is, the USA today gallup poll is the most widely-used poll across the country, not just red or blue state areas.

  11. portlanddem:

No, since you don't know what Reaganomics is, I'll help fill in the blanks for you.

Reaganomics was keyed a popular term because it was Reagan who started eliminating the unions. Now, think what you want about them, but when unions were strong, middle class hard working Americans actually had something to look forward to.

Not only did Reagan eliminate the majority of them, but he was supported by unions himself when he was acting--talk about biting the hand that feeds you!

  12. truthaboutsham:

Are you fucking kidding me, man? His lies are legion. Every time the guy talks he lies. His whole campaign was a lie. There was constant news coverage about his lies. What fucking planet are you on? Just type in Obama lies in a youtube search and watch the videos. He has been caught in so many lies it is unreal. Speaking of audacity. The audacity to lie lie lie lie

  13. portlanddem:

Kept the economy rolling?? where, out of our borders! Clinton started out-sourcing, but here comes the key word: it was *regulated*. Bush sees this and masturbating thinking of it, puts out-sourcing into warp speed. Did you know thanks to this, temp staffing services are now the top 3 of the 10 largest in the country?!?!! Yes, Bush policies ARE to blame, it doesn't take more than slight bit of common sense to see this. No, out-sourcing started WAY before the dems were in control.

  14. Conservamommy:

Aaaah I knew it wouldn't be long before I was called a ******! That is the first last and only line of defense available to all assneck Obamabots. You fucknuts are soooooooo predictable it is almost pitiful. And my friend, it isn't the Republicans who are announcing they aren't running for reelection right and left. It isn't the Republicans who are watching their numbers in their respective states plummet down the toilet. And again, Obama is facing 54% disapproval right now. YOU ARE THE MINORITY

  15. Conservamommy:

Reaganomics brought us back from the brink of a financial collapse brought on by just another libtard by the name of Carter. The Democrats have prove time and time and time again that the only thing they know how to do is slaughter an economy by attempting to destroy capitalism. Capitalism is the goose that laid the golden egg and they will not stop until it is completely demolished and our economy is in ruins.

  16. Conservamommy:

Oh right that's because USA Today and Gallup so unbiased, right? lol uh huh. Please, will your stupid *** note I said CONSERVATIVE, not Republican. According to a George Washington University Battleground poll, 59% of Americans consider themselves CONSERVATIVE. Obama deceitfully ran like Reagan and that is the ONLY reason he won. Now his true colors are blazing for all of America to see and they aren't liking what they see. Hence the abysmally tanking ratings. :)

  17. Conservamommy:

So you admit he has lied...

  18. Conservamommy:

I don't really give a healthy **** who you would have rather had in office. Keep voting for liberals. Keep watching this country fall apart and keep telling yourself high taxes and excessive government regulation is actually good for our economy and the health and wealth of this country. And as far as the Liar in Chief's LIES go please check out Obamalies d o t n e t

  19. Conservamommy:

I'm sorry but what? What exactly did Bush do to us? He kept us safe from terrorist attacks for 7 years following 9/11, engaged the enemy on their turf and kept them too busy to come here, kept the economy rolling with low unemployment, record home ownership and low taxes. It wasn't until the Dems took control of the House and Senate that **** began to fall apart and crash. Bush's policies are NOT to blame. It is the liberals who stopped his policies from continuing to work for the last 3 years.

  20. Emport8:

I did believe him. I still believe IN him. I am curious to hear what lies you are alluding to. Can you site for me these lies you speak of please? On a side note, although I am disappointed in this administrations actions, do not mistake my discourse for someone who would have rather had any type of conservative in office. not by a long shot

  21. portlanddem:

Um, Obama is LIGHT YEARS away to even approach to what Bush did to us, so saying he will go down as the worst president EVER is very much over-exaggerating it.

  22. portlanddem:

    Actually pinochet222 is correct here.

Those considering themselves as «republican» are disappearing. According to the USA today gallup pole 2 months ago, only 20% of the American public consider themselves «republican» anymore.

Most now are either democrat, independent, or other third party.

  23. portlanddem:

    Reagan conservatism???

    Remember «reaganomics» during the 80's?

Reaganomics is what fished out most that were supporting the middle class. The country is NOT republican or conservative, it is middle class.

  24. portlanddem:

Name one politician that doesn't lie?

  25. skylarportland:

This is not real health reform. Real health care reform would include a 100% government-ran public option, & last I heard, that was omitted in the Senate. Thank you, Harry Reid & other rethugs in the Senate. EVERY senator that voted for this thing w/o the public option, I am doing my best to vote the hell out of office--I don't care if they're dem, repub or independent!!

The current bill is no guarantee that health costs will go down, cuz now the insurance companies get 48 MILLION more scams!
